scheduled maintenance
Our Equipment Management System assists with the input and monitoring of scheduled maintenance. By logging into the EMS, an engineer can easily see which maintenance activities are scheduled.As soon as the maintenance activities are completed, an engineer can update the EMS. This way the supervisor can easily see which maintenance activities have been succesfully completed.
The supervisor is the only person who is able and allowed to add maintenance jobs into the EMS. By restricting the number of supervisor administrators the EMS will not ‘clog up’ with false data.
ordering parts / stock inventory
The ordering module shows which parts have to be ordered. This list is automatically generated based on the minimum stock quantity still in stock. The stocklist will be automatically updated when a component is used by an engineer.
